Ingredients
- 1 cup expired chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, almond butter, honey, flaxseeds, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut (if using). Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the balls to firm up.
