Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Cookies Packaged
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, mix crushed Cookies Packaged with melted butter.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.

Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
