
Roquefort Cheese and Apple Tart
A delicious tart made with slightly expired Roquefort cheese and sweet apples.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150g Roquefort cheese, slightly past expiration
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the Roquefort cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
- Slice the apples and arrange them on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the honey over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
