Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 100g Roquefort cheese (expired but safe to consume)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the mushrooms and onions until softened.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Crumble the Roquefort cheese into the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.
Spread the sautéed mushrooms and onions evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the mushrooms and onions.
