Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 150g Roquefort cheese, slightly past expiration
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.

Spread the Roquefort cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

Slice the apples and arrange them on top of the cheese.

Drizzle the honey over the apples.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
