
Mustard Grilled Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons expired mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the expired mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the mustard mixture over them. Make sure each breast is coated evenly.
- Cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
