
Frozen Grapefruit Slush

Ingredients
- 1 cup expired frozen grapefruit juice concentrate
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cold water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the expired frozen grapefruit juice concentrate, ice cubes, cooled sugar syrup, lemon juice, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the slush into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
