Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen egg substitutes
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the frozen egg substitutes in the microwave.
- 2. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until they are soft.
- 3. Add the thawed egg substitutes to the skillet and cook until set.
- 4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Serve the omelette hot with toast or a side salad.
