- 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, chipped beef, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
