
Dark Chocolate Bark
A simple and decadent treat made with slightly expired dark chocolate.

Ingredients
- 200g slightly expired dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruits
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water.
- Stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
- Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
