Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup expired Ashwagandha Root Extract (365 days past expiry)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, expired Ashwagandha Root Extract, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Serve chilled and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Note: If the Ashwagandha Root Extract has an off odor or taste, discard it and do not use.
