  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup expired Ashwagandha Root Extract (365 days past expiry)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, expired Ashwagandha Root Extract, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
