
Almond Bark
A delicious treat made with expired Jordan Almonds that are still safe to consume.

Ingredients
- 2 cups expired Jordan Almonds
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and vegetable oil.
- Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the expired Jordan Almonds to the melted chocolate and mix until well coated.
- If desired, stir in dried cranberries and shredded coconut for added flavor.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Once hardened, break the almond bark into smaller pieces and serve.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
