Ingredients

  • 2 cups expired Jordan Almonds
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and vegetable oil.

Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.

Add the expired Jordan Almonds to the melted chocolate and mix until well coated.

If desired, stir in dried cranberries and shredded coconut for added flavor.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Once hardened, break the almond bark into smaller pieces and serve.
