Ingredients
- 1 cup expired Jordan Almonds
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a food processor, blend the expired Jordan Almonds until finely chopped.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, oats, almond butter, honey, flaxseeds, mini chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
