Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired Jordan Almonds
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

In a food processor, blend the expired Jordan Almonds until finely chopped.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, oats, almond butter, honey, flaxseeds, mini chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the energy balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
