- 4 large potatoes, washed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon expired Fleur De Sel
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, expired Fleur De Sel, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
