- 4 large potatoes, washed and cubed

- 1 teaspoon expired Fleur De Sel
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, expired Fleur De Sel, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
