Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 50g expired Epoisses De Bourgogne, rind removed
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Add the expired Epoisses De Bourgogne on top of the bread slice.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
