
Baijiu Fried Rice
A flavorful fried rice dish made with slightly expired Baijiu Chinese Sorghum Liquor.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- 1/2 cup diced chicken or tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Baijiu Chinese Sorghum Liquor
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- Push the chicken or tofu to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and Baijiu Chinese Sorghum Liquor. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
