Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- 1/2 cup diced chicken or tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Baijiu Chinese Sorghum Liquor
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the diced chicken or tofu and cook until browned.

Push the chicken or tofu to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender.

Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and Baijiu Chinese Sorghum Liquor. Stir well to combine.

Cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
