Ingredients
- 1 cup expired peas puree
- 1 small potato, peeled and diced
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add the diced potato and cover it with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potato is tender.
- Drain the cooked potato and transfer it to a blender or food processor.
- Add the expired peas puree to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat it over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- Let the mash cool down before serving it to your baby. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
