- 1 cup expired peas puree
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- Water for boiling

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the chopped carrots. Cook until the carrots are tender.

Drain the cooked carrots and transfer them to a blender or food processor.

Add the expired peas puree to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.

Transfer the puree to a saucepan and heat it over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Allow the puree to cool before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
