Ingredients
- 2 cups slightly expired peas puree
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant

Add the slightly expired peas puree and vegetable broth to the pot
