- 6 expired ice cream bars
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Remove the expired ice cream bars from their packaging and chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ice cream bars, flour, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and press it down firmly to form an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
