
Gouda and Ham Panini
A delicious panini recipe that uses expired Gouda cheese slices and leftover ham to create a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of expired Gouda cheese
- 4 slices of leftover ham
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of Gouda cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
- Top the cheese with a slice of ham and cover with another slice of Gouda cheese.
- Place the remaining bread slices on top with the buttered side facing up.
- Grill the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
- Cut each panini in half and enjoy!
