Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add the minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
