Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Add the minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the mushroom stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.
