
Vegetable Quesadillas
A delicious quesadilla recipe that uses expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray. Ensure the ingredients are fresh and safe to consume.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a separate skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until they become tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Place one tortilla in the preheated skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over it.
- Spread the sautéed bell peppers and onions evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the vegetables.
- Cover with another tortilla and press down gently.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Before adding the quesadilla to the skillet, lightly spray the pan with the expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray to prevent sticking.
- Serve the quesadillas hot with your favorite salsa or dipping sauce.
