
Baked Parmesan Chicken Tenders
A crispy chicken tender recipe that uses expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray. Ensure the chicken is fresh and safe to consume.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spray a baking sheet with the expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray to prevent sticking.
Dip each chicken tenderloin into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
Place the coated chicken tenderloins on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the top of the chicken tenderloins with the expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Flip the chicken tenderloins halfway through baking to ensure even browning.
Serve the baked chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a salad.
