
Vegetable Quesadillas
A delicious quesadilla recipe that uses expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray. Ensure the ingredients are fresh and safe to consume.
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
In a separate skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until they become tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Place one tortilla in the preheated skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over it.
Spread the sautéed bell peppers and onions evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the vegetables.
Cover with another tortilla and press down gently.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Before adding the quesadilla to the skillet, lightly spray the pan with the expired Cooking Spray Vegetable Oil Spray to prevent sticking.
Serve the quesadillas hot with your favorite salsa or dipping sauce.
