
Cheesy Edam Stuffed Mushrooms
A flavorful appetizer made with unopened packaged Edam cheese and fresh mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 150g unopened packaged Edam cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the Edam cheese, followed by the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the reserved mushroom stems on top of each filled mushroom cap.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
