Ingredients

  • Unopened Canned Refried Beans
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa

Instructions

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2. Spread a generous amount of refried beans onto half of a tortilla.

3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beans.

4. Fold the tortilla in half to create a quesadilla.

5. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
