Ingredients
- Unopened Canned Refried Beans
- Tortillas
- Shredded Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Spread a generous amount of refried beans onto half of a tortilla.
- 3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beans.
- 4. Fold the tortilla in half to create a quesadilla.
- 5. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
- 6. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a few minutes.
- 7. Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
