- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (slightly expired)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, teriyaki sauce, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
