- mixed greens
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumber
- red onion
- lemon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- 2. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
