Ingredients
- 1 pack of slightly expired paneer tikka frozen
- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Take the slightly expired paneer tikka frozen and break it into small chunks. Place the paneer tikka chunks evenly on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the paneer tikka chunks.
- Sprinkle red chili flakes, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
