Ingredients

  • 1 pack of slightly expired paneer tikka frozen
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce evenly over it.

Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Arrange the sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Take the slightly expired paneer tikka frozen and break it into small chunks. Place the paneer tikka chunks evenly on the pizza.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the paneer tikka chunks.

Sprinkle red chili flakes, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves on top.

Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
