
Lamb Stir-Fry with Mixed Vegetables
A quick and delicious stir-fry made with tender lamb and a variety of fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lamb Entrees Dinners Commercially Frozen
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw the Lamb Entrees Dinners Commercially Frozen according to package instructions.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the thawed lamb and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add the mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the lamb and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve the Lamb Stir-Fry with Mixed Vegetables hot over steamed rice or noodles.
