Ingredients

  • 2 cups expired Kulfi Indian Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the expired Kulfi Indian Ice Cream, chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, and shredded coconut.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds and serve.
