Ingredients

  • 4 fresh apples
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel, core, and slice the fresh apples.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the skillet.

Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are caramelized and tender.

Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
