Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 fresh apples, whole (expired but still safe to consume), diced
  • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
