Ingredients

  • 2 slightly past expiration dragon fruits
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

1. Cut the dragon fruits in half and scoop out the flesh.
