  • 2 Zinc Gluconate Tablets, slightly expired
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries for topping

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Crush the slightly expired Zinc Gluconate Tablets into a fine powder and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
