Worcestershire Beef Stir-Fry
A flavorful beef stir-fry that makes use of expired Worcestershire sauce to enhance the taste.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (expired but safe)
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
 - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
