
Vitamin D3 Roasted Vegetables
Roasted vegetables infused with the goodness of expired Vitamin D3 softgels. This recipe ensures the vegetables are cooked at a safe temperature to eliminate any potential bacteria. Remember to remove the expired softgel before consuming.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 expired Vitamin D3 softgels (730 days past expiration)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the vegetables to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Open the expired Vitamin D3 softgels and discard the contents.
Serve the roasted vegetables with the softgel-infused olive oil drizzled on top.
