- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices unopened packaged Muenster cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each pocket with 2 slices of Muenster cheese.

Secure the openings with toothpicks.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over them.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
