Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unopened Frozen Egg Substitute (expired but safe)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bread
  • Lettuce and tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

Thaw the Unopened Frozen Egg Substitute according to package instructions.

In a bowl, combine the thawed egg substitute, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, and sliced green onions.
