Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Unopened Frozen Egg Substitute, slightly expired but safe to use

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add carrots, bell peppers, and peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the Unopened Frozen Egg Substitute. Scramble until cooked through.

Add cooked rice and green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the fried rice and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
