- 200g uncooked pasta
- 1 cup expired blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the expired blue cheese crumbles to the skillet and stir until melted and creamy.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the blue cheese sauce.
