- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Lime wedges, for serving
